Nothing has introduced the Nothing Phone 4b in the Indian market, adding a new budget-friendly option to its smartphone lineup. The newly launched handset marks the beginning of the company’s ‘b’ series, aimed at users looking to experience Nothing’s design philosophy and software at a lower price point.
The Phone 4b becomes the most affordable model in the Phone 4 family, joining devices such as the Phone 4, Phone 4a and Phone 4a Pro.
Display and Performance
The Nothing Phone 4b is equipped with a 6.77-inch Super AMOLED display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate for smoother navigation and gaming. The screen can reach a peak brightness of 2,000 nits, making it easier to use in bright outdoor conditions.
Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chipset. It comes with 8GB of RAM and offers 128GB or 256GB of internal storage, providing enough space for apps, photos and videos.
Software Experience
The device ships with Nothing OS 4.1, which is based on Android 16. Nothing has confirmed that the Phone 4b will receive three major Android version upgrades along with six years of security patches, ensuring long-term software support.
Battery and Durability
Keeping the phone running is a 6,000mAh battery, designed to deliver extended usage on a single charge. It also supports 33W wired fast charging for quicker top-ups.
The smartphone carries an IP64 certification, offering resistance against dust and accidental water splashes.
Camera Setup
For photography, the Nothing Phone 4b features a dual rear camera system led by a 50-megapixel primary sensor with Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS). It is paired with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera for capturing wider shots.
On the front, users get a 16-megapixel selfie camera for selfies, video calls and social media content.

The smartphone has been launched in two storage variants:

- 8GB RAM + 256GB storage: ₹38,999
Customers can choose from Black, White and Blue colour options.
