She mentioned that she wants to take more time for herself and explore her personal growth.

Mira shared her resignation on the social media platform X, thanking her colleagues for the wonderful time spent at the company.

After her resignation, Sam Altman responded to her post, expressing his heartfelt thanks. He wrote that it’s hard to put into words how important Mira has been for OpenAI. He thanked her for all the support she provided to the company and their mission.
