Maharashtra Congress leader Ravindra Dhangekar has resigned from the Congress party. Reports suggest that he may join Shiv Sena. Dhangekar, a former Congress MLA, was unhappy with the party for some time, and there were already rumors about his exit. On March 10, he officially announced his resignation.

Dhangekar’s Statement After Resignation

After resigning, Ravindra Dhangekar said:

🗣️ “I have been fighting for the common people of Pune for the last 30 years. Before joining any new party, I will make sure that I can continue working for the people of Pune. I will discuss my future plans with my supporters on Monday evening.”

Meeting with Eknath Shinde Today

When asked about joining Shiv Sena (Shinde faction), Dhangekar confirmed:

👉 He will meet Maharashtra Deputy CM Eknath Shinde today (Monday).
👉 During the meeting, he may finalize the date to join Shiv Sena.

Recently, Ravindra Dhangekar met Eknath Shinde and Uday Samant, sparking rumors about his move to Shiv Sena. Earlier, he had denied plans of leaving Congress, but now he has made it official.

🔹 He also said: “I have not asked for anything from Eknath Shinde. I just want to work with him. It is painful for me to leave Congress.”

Now, all eyes are on his next move and his official entry into Shiv Sena. 🚀
