At the 47th annual general meeting of Reliance Industries, Chairman Mukesh Ambani announced a major new offer: Jio users will receive 100GB of free cloud storage. This new Jio AI-Cloud Welcome Offer will be launched during Diwali this year.

Mukesh Ambani shared his excitement about the Jio AI-Cloud Welcome Offer, which will allow Jio users to store their photos, videos, documents, and other digital content for free. The offer aims to provide powerful and affordable solutions for cloud data storage and data-powered AI services accessible to everyone.

During the meeting, Mukesh Ambani also mentioned that Jio is developing tools and platforms for a complete AI lifecycle, named Jio Brain. He highlighted that Reliance is setting up AI-ready servers in Jamnagar, Gujarat, which will be powered by the company’s green energy.

Ambani stated that Reliance Jio has become the largest mobile data company in the world, handling 8% of global mobile data traffic. This is more than all major global operators, including those in developed markets.

Akash Ambani added that with Jio PhoneCall AI, users will be able to utilize AI for every phone call. The AI will automatically record, save, and transcribe the conversations into text format on the cloud.
