Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath made a bold statement about Article 370 while visiting Faridabad, Haryana, on Saturday. He said that today, even Maulvis (Muslim clerics) in Jammu and Kashmir are greeting with “Ram-Ram.” Yogi further stated that soon, the day will come when people who used to criticize India will be seen chanting “Hare Rama… Hare Krishna” on the streets.
CM Yogi spoke about his election campaign in Jammu and mentioned an incident where it was raining during his visit. He said that when he went inside, someone greeted him with “Ram-Ram.” Since he didn’t know the person, he didn’t pay much attention. After a while, the person again said, “Yogi Sahib, Ram-Ram.” When Yogi looked at him, he was surprised to see that it was a Maulvi.
‘Maulvis are also Saying Ram-Ram’
Yogi Adityanath said he was amazed to hear a Maulvi greet him with “Ram-Ram.” He explained that this is the effect of the removal of Article 370. Those who once criticized India and challenged its sovereignty are now saying “Ram-Ram.” Addressing the crowd, CM Yogi said, “Remember, one day when the BJP becomes even stronger, you will see people chanting ‘Hare Rama… Hare Krishna’ on the streets of India. That is why the Bharatiya Janata Party is essential.”

He also criticized Congress, saying that the issue Congress couldn’t solve in 65 years was resolved by the Modi government in 2019, and now the Ram Temple in Ayodhya is being built. Yogi Adityanath blamed Congress for all of the country’s problems, including terrorism, Naxalism, and corruption. He claimed that Congress is the root of all the issues in the country, while the BJP is the solution to these problems.
