Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has made a significant announcement regarding job opportunities. He stated that the police department will recruit 60,000 new employees. This recruitment will take place after Raksha Bandhan, and 20% of the positions will be filled by women.
CM Yogi Adityanath said that this will be the largest single recruitment in the police department. The aim is to ensure better protection and service against criminals, with a focus on including more women in the force.
With upcoming state assembly elections, unemployment has become a major issue. The opposition has been using this issue to challenge the government. In response, the government has taken a substantial step to address unemployment.
Additionally, the Allahabad High Court’s Lucknow bench has ordered the creation of a new selection list for the recruitment of 69,000 assistant teachers in Uttar Pradesh. This decision overturns the previous selection lists from June 2020 and January 2022.
