Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif, who always kept their dating life secret before tying the knot on December 09, 2021, keep sharing anecdotes about their life with fans. Recently, the actor opened up about fasting with his wife Katrina on her first Karva Chauth. Vicky remembered how Katrina was getting restless and hungry while waiting for the moon to rise.
During a conversation with Film Companion, Vicky was questioned if fasting was difficult for him.To which, he replied, “I am okay with keeping a fast. As actors, we go through diet restrictions and all that so being an actor helps. But she is a Google queen. She asked Google when she’ll be able to see the moon. Google said 8:30 pm. I told her Moon won’t listen to Google, it will come when it wants to. Google can’t predict the movement of clouds. That delay was there and she was like, ‘It hasn’t come.’ I said it’s not like I am calling it. It will come when it wants to. She was completely fine till that time that Google set, 8:30 pm, after that she was like now I am feeling hungry.”
Earlier, in an interview with Pinkvilla, Katrina talked about her experience fasting on her Karva Chauth and how Vicky did the “sweetest thing” by fasting along with her. She shared, “But, the sweetest thing was that, of course, Vicky was also fasting. I’m sure he wouldn’t have (let me do it alone), and it’s not like I asked him to do it all. I didn’t say anything. He did it himself, so that was sweet and of course, our… his parents were also over, so it was our first… because it was our first year of marriage, there’s pooja which happens and all that. So, that was lovely.”
For a while now, there have been rumors that Katrina is pregnant. However, Vicky denied these rumors during a promotional event for his upcoming film ‘Bad Newz’. He shared, “Abhi ke liye aap Bad newz enjoy kar lo, jo hum la rahe hain. Jab uska time aayega, we won’t be shying away from giving that news.”
